Steady Strides provides individual equine-assisted psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults (approximate ages 7-21). Steady Strides serves clients who reside in the following counties:
Douglas County, Arapahoe County, Elbert County, Adams County, Denver County
Locations are currently southeast of the Denver metro area.
Equine therapy sessions provide an environment in which therapist, horse, and client work together to achieve treatment goals. The unique experiential nature of equine-assisted therapy can be especially helpful for clients who are not comfortable with or do not respond to traditional talk therapy.
